What this is

01

FundVista is not the funder.

We pass your business's request to third-party funders. Each decides on its own whether to make an offer and sets every term in its own Revenue Purchase Agreement. We are not a party to what you sign.

02

It is not a loan.

A merchant cash advance is the purchase of a portion of your future receivables. You get a lump sum now and remit a fixed, agreed amount from receipts as they come in. That amount is not interest and is never expressed as an APR.

03

Checking does not touch your score.

Seeing your options is a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score. A funder may review the business more closely before it funds, always with your consent. We never ask for a fee in advance.

$100

The most your business can ask for

From $100 up to it. A funder decides what, if anything, to advance inside that range, sized to your revenue.

$0

What FundVista charges you

Not before, not after. A funder pays us when a request we pass on is funded.

3 mo

Time in business, roughly

With about $1,500 a month in revenue and a business bank account. Meeting this does not guarantee an offer.

18+

Who can ask

A US business owner or self-employed individual, authorized to act for the business. Not available in California or New York.

Shop owner smiling as she takes payment from a customer at her store.

One request, sent once. Any funder that wants to make an offer comes back to you.

How it works

One request, then four answers at once.

01

You say how much

An amount and a name, above. Nothing to upload on this site, and checking your options is a soft inquiry that does not affect your credit score.

02

It goes out once

Your business's request reaches the third-party funders in the FundVista network together, not one after another. Nobody is shown it first.

03

Funders size it to revenue

Each funder reviews your receipts and decides on its own, on its own terms. Silence from one is not a decision by the others, and meeting the minimums does not guarantee an offer.

04

You are asked, not committed

A funder that wants to buy a share of your future receipts sends its own Revenue Purchase Agreement. Your business is committed to nothing until you sign it, and no one here can sign it for you.

What it costs

Nothing from us. A fixed cost from the funder.

Who pays for this

Not you.

A funder pays FundVista, and only if a request we passed on is funded. That is the entire business model. Nothing on this site asks your business for a card or a fee: not to ask, not to compare, and not after an offer lands.

Before you sign

01

The fixed total to remit

The purchase price times the factor. It is set when you sign and does not grow with time, so it is the number that compares two offers.

02

How remittance works

A share of daily or weekly receipts, or a fixed debit from the business account. Ask which, how often, and whether it adjusts when sales slow.

03

Anything taken out up front

Some funders deduct a fee from the amount they send. A $2,000 purchase price that arrives as $1,850 is not the same deal.

04

The reconciliation clause

Because an advance is a purchase of receipts and not a loan, remittances should be able to follow revenue. The Revenue Purchase Agreement says how to ask for that.

How a merchant cash advance is priced

Illustrative example, not an offer or a quote

$2,500$100 to $5,000
1.30x1.15x to 1.45x
$8,000$1,500 to $30,000

Fixed total to remit

$3,250

The advance of $2,500 times a factor of 1.30. The total is agreed at signing and does not grow with time. It is not a balance that accrues: the funder has bought $3,250 of your future receipts and is paid as they come in.

The fixed cost

$750

What the advance costs your business in this example: the difference between what you receive and what you remit. It is a fixed amount, not interest, and never expressed as an APR, because a merchant cash advance is a purchase of receivables and not a loan.

Example share of daily receipts

10.2%

Spread over about 4 months of receipts at $8,000 a month, roughly $39 a business day. Remittances are usually a share of daily or weekly receipts or a fixed debit, and a true share can flex down when sales slow.

Arithmetic on the numbers you set, not a quote, an offer or an average of our network. The factor range is an example only. Actual pricing, remittance method and schedule come from the funder’s Revenue Purchase Agreement, which may include fees not shown here. Read that agreement, not this page.

Restaurant owner smiling as he carries a plate out of his kitchen.

No fee from us, before or after. A funder pays us only when a request is funded.

Everything else.

An advance suits a short, specific need that your receipts will cover. Weigh the fixed cost against what the money earns the business. If something here contradicts a document a funder sends you, the funder’s Revenue Purchase Agreement governs; FundVista is not a party to it, and this page only describes what we do.

01

Who qualifies

A US business or self-employed owner, 18 or older and authorized to act for the business, with about 3 months in business, about $1,500 a month in revenue and a business bank account. Funds are for commercial purposes only, never personal, family or household use. Meeting these does not guarantee an offer.

02

What a merchant cash advance is

Not a loan. A funder buys a portion of your business's future receivables under a Revenue Purchase Agreement and pays you a lump sum now. You remit the agreed total from receipts as they come in, usually as a share of daily or weekly sales or a fixed debit.

03

What it costs

A fixed amount: the purchase price times a factor, agreed at signing. It is not interest and it is never expressed as an APR. Some funders also deduct fees from the amount they send, so compare the total you remit with the amount you actually receive.

04

Where we cannot help

Requests are not accepted from businesses located in California and New York. Availability elsewhere depends on which funders in our network serve your state and industry, and that is not something this site can change.

05

When you are committed

When you sign a funder's Revenue Purchase Agreement, and not before. Reading an offer, taking your time with it and declining it costs your business nothing.

06

What happens to what you type

Your request goes to third-party funders in our network so they can contact you about an advance. FundVista does not sell your details as a list, and the privacy policy sets out every category we share and why.

07

What we never ask for

A fee, ever: before, during or after. Anyone who contacts you asking for an up-front payment to release funding is not us and is not a funder we work with. Stop, and write to help@fundvista.net.
